D'CIDE Consulting

D'CIDE has been advising companies on the implementation of change projects since 2007 and supports them in building implementation competence in their own company.

D'CIDE stands for the English term "decide" i.e. to decide. At the beginning of every change process there must be the will to tackle it seriously. In our opinion, this will is the starting point of a successful project.

We are a team of internationally experienced implementation consultants who use their methodological expertise (such as Six Sigma), their experience and their enthusiasm to ensure that jointly defined goals are achieved.

Mr. Judaschke is managing partner of D'CIDE Consulting GmbH. During his 20 years of consulting, Mr. Judaschke has managed a large number of orders in Germany, Austria, Italy, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.

Mr. Steiger is managing partner of D'CIDE Consulting GmbH. Mr. Steiger can look back on 22 years of experience in consulting and 5 years in industry.
