Michael Judaschke

Mr. Judaschke is managing partner of D'CIDE Consulting GmbH. During his 20 years of consulting, Mr. Judaschke has managed a large number of orders in Germany, Austria, Italy, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.
His focus areas include (global) process management, the optimization of production and maintenance management and (agile) development and innovation processes. He has gained experience in various industries, including logistics, the process industry, the financial services sector, pharmaceuticals and the energy industry.
He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has certifications as a Scrum Master and in the area of AI (Machine
learning and deep learning).

Mr. Steiger is managing partner of D'CIDE Consulting GmbH. Mr. Steiger can look back on 22 years of experience in consulting and 5 years in industry.
In a large number of projects in Europe, his recent focus was on the implementation of Six Sigma programs and
Process improvements. His other areas of focus include (agile) innovation management,
Organizational design and performance management. In addition to mechanical engineering, he is primarily involved in the field of
Telecommunications and medical technology at home.
He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Scrum Master.
